Comments: I must admit, Omar was a really very special person to all Jordanians and for everyone who saw him in the sky. Sometimes it's easy to forget. But a person like Omar will not be easily forgotten, at least for Jordanians and for fellow pilot friends from all over the world. Your achievments are outstanding and will always be recognized for excellency. May God have mercy on your soul, and may you rest in peace. But the stroy doesn't end here...the end note is: The Legend Continues...

Comments: Although it took me a while to sign the guest book but I was checking this site on a regular basis. Omar was a hero and a very dear freind of mine. I was a very close fan and friend to Omar, he is a believer in almighty God and may god bless his sole. Moreover what really got my attention is this fellow who signed the book and had his own uneducated way with words which would only reflect his premitivness and fixation. I would like him to e-mail me so can solve this little ambiguity. Omar passed away and the people who passed a way with him are all in the hands of almighty God. In addition, I would like to thank you Mohammed for such an outstanding page.

Comments: This chap killed 8 people because he did not know what he was doing. One of them was my cousin. He was an (...) and to act like he was a hero is a slap in the face of the people he killed. You blokes should be ashamed of yourself. Perhaps you should turn to the true God and His Son Jesus instead of your (....) Allah. Then you might see that all this (....) did was kill 8 people and deserves to be immortalized....as a killer.

Comment:
First, we don't need uneducated person to evaluate Omar if he was a good pilot or not , because all the aviation world testified that he was talented pilot , the best proof for that, the facts about his achievements in the Europeans competition .
Second, we all believe in fate whatever our religion was, so that will ease our pains and sorrows, and forgive the people and don't blame them for the involuntary mistake.
Third, no one force airshow's spectators to put their lives in danger under the control of the plane.
God blesses Omar and the eight people who died in that accident.

Comments: Oman you are not dead! As long as somebody is thinking of you, - and I can see that there a lot of real friends, who will never forget you-, you are only far, far away. Have a good time whereever you are and I hope there are aerobatic planes in heaven to go on with the best sport I can imagine.

Comments: This is from a true friend who had known the champion till the last moment. He was a cheerfull character smart good looking strong with a lovely sence of humor. Wherever we went everybody was asking about him and wishing to see him. He was loved by people all over the world. His fame never changed his humble character. Best of all he was a true muslem. The very last thing I did with him before he went to his aeroplane was the prayers then shortely after, he left for the skyies and stayed there. God bless his soul. A true friend that I loved from the heart.OMMAR SIMPLEY YOU WERE THE BEST!

Comments: Omar Bilal gave a splendid performance before his last flight ended prematurely. The Belgian media used this incident to dish up images of crashes from around the world in the last ten years convincing public opinion of how"dangerous" airshows really are. The Belgian political world saw it as a chance to win some easy votes by imposing stricter, in my eyes useless, rules on airshows and therebye effectively banni- shing most of them. I was more than a little mad at this. I really like to see pages like these. congratulations.

Comments: I flew at the BENELUX AEROBATIC CHAMPIONSHIP since 1994 where I won the Belgian title; It's also that year that I saw BILAL for the first time . He was indeed a very good enthousiastic and friendly show pilot. Since the tragedy we all BENELUX pilots miss him and think about him ;especially during our national competitions where we feel since 1997 an emptyness.

Comments: If only I can express how I feel, brother Omar. I have known you for 13 years now, 3 of which we were fellow cadets and 6 we were room mates in the RJAF. You were kind, cheerfull and honest and most of all, you loved your people and God. That is why my brother, God has taken you away from us and placed you in heaven very early in your life. He was satisfied by your excellence and good faith. In memory you shall always be, and at heart you shall always stay. May you rest in peace and God bless your soul.
